What's the place like?

Our Japanese language school is located in Saga City, Saga Prefecture, Kyushu on the Japanese Island.
Saga City is a 40-minute train ride from Fukuoka, the center of Kyushu. It is also conveniently accessible to Fukuoka Airport. An international balloon festival is held in the city in every November, attracting many tourists from all over the world. The city is also home to historic castle ruins and Shinto shrines, where the ancient culture of Japan is still alive.

Course Details | This course is designed to progress from Beginner (I & II), Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and to be able to express own opinions fluently from familiar topics to abstract social topics such as politics, economics, and the environment even though that is not the area of specialization. |
1 Year and 9 Months Preparation Course

Course Details | This course is designed to progress from Beginner (I & II), Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and to be able to express own opinions even though getting support from others on topics from familiar topics to social abstract topics such as politics, economics, and the environment in the areas which are interested in. |
1 Year and 6 Months Preparation Course

Course Details | This course is designed to progress from Beginner (I & II), Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, and to be able to express own simple opinions with the support of others on topics such as general social issues which are often discussed. |
Goals for each level
In our classes, in addition to learning characters, vocabulary, and grammar from textbooks, we incorporate time for actual collaborative work in Japanese, such as group and pair work.
Through this time, students develop the ability to communicate in Japanese.
Beginner (600 Hours)
Acquire basic vocabulary and grammar necessary for daily conversation. Be able to exchange simple information on familiar topics such as family and work.
Pre-Intermediate (200 Hours)
Review of beginner level. To be able to speak simply in Japanese about familiar and common topics and to be able to express one's own opinions. N3 level
Intermediate (400 Hours)
To be able to understand texts on general topics in one's field of interest and to express one's own opinions in a simple manner. N2 level
Advanced (400 Hours)
To be able to understand texts on social topics such as politics, economy, and environment, and to express one's own opinions about them logically. N1 level

- The school will contact you after your application.
- Submit documents for admission by email
- We will check for any incomplete documentation.
- Visa application (Japan)
- The school will apply for a visa to the Immigration Bureau.
After examination, the immigration bureau will issue a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
- Remittance of tuition fees
- We will send you an invoice for tuition fees. After confirming the payment, we will send you the original COE and the admission letter by postal mail.
- Visa application (home country)
- Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy in your home country.
- Arrival in Japan・Enrollment
- After obtaining a visa, purchase a flight ticket and come to Japan.

- -->> Please enter the information in the format provided by the school by typing it in on your computer. In the purpose of study, please describe in detail your purpose/reason for studying Japanese and your plans after completion of the course.
- *Please sign your signature with your handwriting in the signature column after the school confirmed the contents.
- Photo
- -->> 7 photos (4cm x 3cm, no hats, no background, taken from the front within the last 3 months.)
- Certificate of completion of the last school you graduated
- -->> If you are currently a student at the time of application, please submit a certificate of enrollment as well.
- Academic transcript of the last school you graduated
- -->> Please submit a transcript showing the status of credits, points, etc. earned from the time of admission to graduation.
- Copy of passport (Only for those who have already obtained a passport)
- -->> Please submit a copy of your ID page and the page with your immigration stamps if you have visited Japan before.
- Certificate of Japanese Language Study
- -->> Documents that prove your Japanese language ability is equivalent to or higher than level N5 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (one of the following)
- (1) Copies of the certificate and score report of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, etc.
- (2) A certificate of Japanese language study issued by a local Japanese language education institution (150 hours or more of class hours)

- Statement of financial support
- -->> Please fill in the school' s prescribed form with typing it in on your computer.
- *Please sign your signature with handwriting in the signature column after the school confirmed the contents.
- Official documents proving the relationship between the applicant and the financial supporter
- -->> Notarized document, Family register, birth certificate, kinship certificate, etc.
- Bank balance certificate
- -->> The account must be in the name of the financial supporter and issued within the last 3 months (1,500,000 yen or more, and in the case of a time deposit, the expiration date must be valid until the time of enrollment)
- Other Documents
- -->> Copies of bank passbook, deposit/withdrawal statements, certificates of employment and income, copies of identification cards of the financial supporter, etc.
